Operator and scope

RecruPass is an experimental platform operated personally by Youssef Elsawy. Questions: ydelsawy@gmail.com. Effective September 12, 2026. These terms apply to this prototype; the hosting and configured authentication provider also have their own applicable terms.

What is available

Hiring listings, applications, qualification reviews and scores are demonstration features with fictional examples. They do not establish a real employment relationship or verify a credential. Account messaging is real: your requests and messages can reach other users. Live AI, payments and independent verification services are not connected. Do not rely on this prototype for an actual hiring decision.

Using the service

Use accurate, lawful information in real communications and only sample, nonsensitive information in hiring demonstrations. Keep your sign-in secure. Do not impersonate others, submit forged evidence, scrape private data, send spam, harass, discriminate, upload unlawful content or attempt unauthorized access. Do not disclose another person’s confidential information without authority.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give the operator permission to store, display and transmit it only as needed to operate the features you choose, maintain the service and handle safety or legal issues. Only share material you own or have permission to use. Directory listing is optional; messages are shared with their recipients. There is no permission here to sell your content or train a separate AI model on it.

Opportunity and fairness

A checklist, skill score or shortlist is not a promise of an interview, employment or immigration eligibility. Real recruitment requires job-related criteria, reasonable accommodations, appropriate human review and compliance with applicable employment laws. Country guidance is general information and may become outdated; confirm requirements with official authorities.

Availability, reports and account restrictions

The prototype may change or be unavailable. Keep copies of work you need. Use the messaging report/block tools for abuse, or email ydelsawy@gmail.com for an access restriction, content complaint or review request. Access may be limited to address misuse, security or legal requirements. There is no staffed emergency or 24-hour human support service.

Prices, disputes and mandatory rights

There is currently no checkout, paid plan or subscription. Any future paid offer will present its price and cancellation/refund terms before purchase. Contact the operator first to try to resolve an issue. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer, privacy or employment rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No compulsory arbitration or exclusive foreign court is imposed by these terms.

Updates

Material changes will be described in the service and the effective date updated. New paid or materially different data uses require an appropriate updated notice and, where necessary, fresh agreement.
