RecruPass does not currently sell subscriptions, accept payments or offer a checkout. There is therefore no RecruPass purchase to cancel or refund at this stage.

Unexpected charges

If a charge appears to use our name, contact ydelsawy@gmail.com with the date, amount and merchant description. Do not send card numbers or bank credentials. We can investigate whether it relates to this service; contact your payment provider promptly for an unrecognized charge.

Before paid plans launch

Prices, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation method, refund eligibility and any applicable cooling-off rights will be clearly shown before purchase. This page does not waive mandatory consumer rights. Paid plans remain unavailable until that process is ready.
